What to check by hand when buying a used device: IMEI, iCloud Activation Lock, Google FRP, battery health, replaced parts, SSD health, laptop hinges.

- Every item checks out
✗ Fail if
- Still signed in to iCloud or Google: do not buy it
- IMEI doesn't match, battery health under 80%, parts shown as "unknown"
